1. Who is an Individual Product Consultant and what is IPC Program?
Purity Hub has emerged as world's most advanced and trusted water softener's brand. With the vision of making our products more accessible and offering clients with personal experience, we are associating young and energetic individuals with us as Individual Product Consultant.
An Individual Product Consultant may generate leads by sharing our products on social media platforms, sharing details personally by meeting in person or by any means of their choosing. IPC's can then close the leads and convert them into sales by getting client make the payment transaction directly into Purity Hub's bank account.
2. Is there any fee that Purity Hub will charge for enrolling an individual in the IPC program?
Yes, there is a small fee of Rs. 5000/- Plus GST (18%) for getting enrolled in the IPC program. There is absolutely no recurring fee from any IPC for renewal of IPC program and this is only one time fee.
Purity Hub will send a Water Testing Kit for each IPC and by using it, IPC upon visiting clients place can check water quality and suggest best models for their use case.
3. What is the profit amount that an IPC will get upon the business generated? Can an IPC offer discounts to their clients?
IPC shall receive an incentive amount of up-to 10% on the sales made by them. The incentive amount shall be calculated on the discounted pricing available at Purity Hub's website. For an example, If an item has MRP of Rs. 1 Lakh and Websites Sale/Discounted pricing is Rs. 80,000/-, IPC shall sale the product on Sale/Discounted pricing only and incentive shall also be calculated at Sales/Discounted pricing only.
Purity Hub is very proud of their pricing as product quality and features offered to clients are top notch. We do not allow any further discounts to anyone from our website displayed sales pricing. If any IPC shall be found offering their incentives to clients as discounts too, their IPC enrolment shall be cancelled instantly.
4. How will an IPC learn to inspect clients site and test water?
Purity Hub has created an entire playlist of videos on Youtube that shall be only visible to an IPC. Via those videos, you can easily learn the art of site inspection, water testing & all the information that we need to collect before moving forward to close a deal.
More importantly, those videos will inform you about how you can help your client choose a better product under your guidance.
Purity Hub also IPC support agents whom you can directly connect with to understand better details about product and sit inspection guideline.
5. What will be an IPC's work location?
An IPC can work anywhere across the nation. We suggest you to focus on your nearby location like your district, your city that will give you access to visit and meet clients personally.
6. Who will install the products sold by an IPC?
Purity Hub's authorised technicians will install the products directly at clients place. Shipping and Installation will be taken care of by Purity Hub only.
7. Who will take care of post sales services for IPC Clients? Will IPC have to receive calls related to post sales services?
All Purity Hub products are so well designed that they don't require any regular checks or maintenance. 95% of problems can be easily addressed over a video call. However, in any case where the problem cannot be resolved over a call, Purity Hub's authorised technician will visit clients place to resolve the problem.
Purity Hub has centralised phone number and android application where clients complaints are directly addressed. If a client calls IPC for any services, please ask them to connect on the centralised phone number displayed on all products itself or ask them to raise a ticket on our android application. An IPC may also connect on centralised number on clients behalf.
8. In how much time will an IPC receive their incentive?
Purity Hub will directly transfer the incentive amount into IPC's bank account the very next day of installation completed. For an example, if we have completed the installation on Tuesday, 12 March 2024, IPC's account shall be credited with incentive on Wednesday, 13 March 2024.
9. Is there anyone who will receive the IPC fee waiver?
Yes. If you are a client of Purity Hub and using any product from Purity Hub and would like to enrol in Purity Hub's IPC program, you don't need to pay any fee. You can simply start referring the products.
10. Will Purity Hub share any leads with me generated on their platforms?
Yes, Purity Hub may do so depending on the clients requirements. Purity Hub is not committing any number of direct leads to you. It is duty of IPC to share, market products on their own to generate leads and sales.
11. How much time does Purity Hub takes to ship and install products sold by IPC?
Purity Hub takes IPC sales as sincerely as direct sales made by team Purity Hub. All the products inventory are managed by Purity Hub and shipping is done in one day upon receipt of order from IPC. Products are usually installed within 3 to 4 days.
