Purity Hub – Product Installation SOP

At Purity Hub, we believe a product performs best only when it is installed right. To ensure a smooth, safe, and optimized installation experience, please follow the below standard operating procedure.

Step 1: Order Confirmation & WhatsApp Coordination

1. Once your order is confirmed, a Purity Hub team member will add you to a dedicated WhatsApp installation group.

2. This group will be used for all installation-related coordination, updates, and support.

Step 2: Site & Pipeline Image Sharing

On the WhatsApp group, you will be requested to share:

1. Clear images of the installation location.

2. Photos/videos of existing pipelines and plumbing layout.

3. This helps our technician:

> Understand site conditions in advance.

> Check if any special fittings or tools are required.

> Plan the best possible installation approach.

Step 3: Plumbing Material Checklist

Based on your site images, a Purity Hub team member will share a list of basic plumbing items that need to be arranged before installation day.
This ensures:

1. Zero delays.

2. A clean and efficient installation process.

Step 4: Product Dispatch & Bilty Sharing

Once the product is shipped, the bilty / transport details will be shared with you on the WhatsApp group for your reference and tracking.

Step 5: Network Cable Requirement (For SARTHI Integration)

For SARTHI-enabled installations:

1. Please arrange a CAT6 cable and a telephone wire from the water softener location to your WiFi modem.

2. The SARTHI control panel will be installed near the WiFi modem for stable connectivity.

For installations without Sarthi, only CAT6 cable is required and not a telephone wire.

Step 6: Electrical Requirement

1. A 5 Amp switch board is required near the SARTHI panel location to power the adapter.

Step 7: Pipeline Size Confirmation

Please share the exact inlet pipeline size through which your overhead tank fills.
Additionally, after order confirmation, a Purity Hub team member will personally video-call you at a mutually convenient time to:

1. Verify all site details.

2. Confirm pipeline sizes.

3. Ensure complete installation readiness.

Step 8: Installation Completion & Documentation

After successful installation:

1. The final invoice will be shared with you.

2. Selected installation photographs will be provided for your records.

3. This marks the official handover of your system.
