1. Once your order is confirmed, a Purity Hub team member will add you to a dedicated WhatsApp installation group.
2. This group will be used for all installation-related coordination, updates, and support.
Step 2: Site & Pipeline Image Sharing
1. Clear images of the installation location.
2. Photos/videos of existing pipelines and plumbing layout.
3. This helps our technician:
> Understand site conditions in advance.
> Check if any special fittings or tools are required.
> Plan the best possible installation approach.
Step 3: Plumbing Material Checklist
1. Zero delays.
2. A clean and efficient installation process.

Step 5: Network Cable Requirement (For SARTHI Integration)
1. Please arrange a CAT6 cable and a telephone wire from the water softener location to your WiFi modem.
2. The SARTHI control panel will be installed near the WiFi modem for stable connectivity.
For installations without Sarthi, only CAT6 cable is required and not a telephone wire.
Step 6: Electrical Requirement
1. A 5 Amp switch board is required near the SARTHI panel location to power the adapter.
Step 7: Pipeline Size Confirmation
1. Verify all site details.
2. Confirm pipeline sizes.
3. Ensure complete installation readiness.
Step 8: Installation Completion & Documentation
1. The final invoice will be shared with you.
2. Selected installation photographs will be provided for your records.
3. This marks the official handover of your system.
