🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window:
1.1 Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation:
2.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. However, customers may initiate a return upon receiving the product, as per our Returns Policy.
3. How to Cancel:
3.1 To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support at +91-62-62-100-101 with your Order ID.
4. Advance Payments on Cancellation:
4.1 If an advance amount was paid, it will be refunded within 7–10 business days, after deduction of any payment gateway charges or logistics cost (if applicable).
💰 Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund:
1.1 Refunds are processed only for:
1.2 Cancelled orders (within the cancellation window)
1.3 Returned products received back in original, unused, and undamaged condition
1.4 Orders eligible for replacement but where the customer opts for a refund instead
2. Refund Mode:
2.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account via NEFT/IMPS, depending on the case.
3. Refund Timeline:
3.1 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is returned and inspected, or after cancellation confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
4.1 Customised or special-order items
4.2 Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
4.3 Installation or technician visit charges once services are rendered
IoT-Enabled Products
1. Activation & Refunds: Once IoT features are activated or linked to Your account, the IoT integration fee and related service charges become non-refundable, even if the Product itself is returned.
2. Hardware Returns: If the IoT hardware module is physically defective, it may be returned or replaced under the standard Returns Policy, provided it is unused or reported defective during installation.
3. Service Fees: Any installation, activation, or technician visit charges for IoT setup are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
4. Connectivity Disclaimer: Refunds will not be issued due to customer-side internet/network unavailability, app configuration issues, or third-party disruptions affecting IoT functionality.
