Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern the purchase and sale of products (“Products”) listed on www.purityhub.co.in or the Purity Hub mobile application (together, the “Platform”).
By placing an order through the Platform, You (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale in addition to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on the Platform. If You do not agree, please do not place an order.
1. Contract of Sale
1.1 Your order for purchase constitutes an offer, which shall be subject to acceptance by Vivid Star Private Limited, operating under the brand name Purity Hub (“Purity Hub”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2 Purity Hub reserves the right to accept or reject Your offer, in whole or in part, at Our sole discretion.
1.3 A legally binding contract (“Contract”) will be formed only when We dispatch the Product(s) to You.
2. Product Information
2.1 Purity Hub makes every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, minor deviations may occur.
2.2 Images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Product may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or specifications.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Purity Hub reserves the right to change prices at any time before You place an order.
3.3 You agree to provide correct and valid payment details. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other modes made available on the Platform.
3.4 In case of payment failure or chargebacks, Purity Hub reserves the right to cancel the order or recover outstanding amounts.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics, third-party carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Risk of loss and title in the Products passes to You upon delivery.
4.3 Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be specified at checkout.
5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
5.1 Products may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to Purity Hub’s Return & Refund Policy.
5.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
5.3 Certain Products such as consumables, customized items, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
6. Warranty
6.1 All Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or Purity Hub’s warranty policy, as applicable.
6.2 Warranty details, coverage, and exclusions are provided in the Product manual or warranty card or Specifications tab on product's page .
6.3 Warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Purity Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products.
7.2 Our total liability for any Product shall not exceed the purchase price paid by You for that Product.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2 Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of disputes arising under these Terms of Sale.
9. Amendments
Purity Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The latest version will be published on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date.
