Product Warranty - Terms and Conditions


Using Purity Hub products or by accessing the Warranty Coverage Status service on www.purityhub.co.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Purpose of Service

1.1 The Warranty Coverage Check is designed for customer convenience.

1.2 Customers can view warranty status instantly using their registered mobile number.


2. Proof of Purchase

2.1 Online warranty status is provided as a reference only.

2.2 The original invoice or warranty card is the final and binding proof of warranty.


3. Registered Mobile Number

3.1 Warranty details are linked only to the mobile number registered at the time of purchase or installation.


4. Warranty Duration

4.1 Products carry a 1, 3, or 5-year limited warranty, depending on category and automation type.

4.2 Warranty duration is clearly mentioned under the Specifications tab on the respective product page.


5. Warranty Coverage

5.1 Warranty includes the following essential components:

 a) Multiport valves

 b) Electronic valves

 c) Brine tanks

 d) FRP vessels

 e) Bypass valves

 f) Vacuum breakers

 g) Low-pressure switches


6. Limited Warranty Items

6.1 Regeneration motors, backwashing motors, and motor controllers are covered under a 1-year limited warranty.


7. Exclusions

7.1 The warranty does not cover:

 a) Physical damage or negligence

 b) Damage during shifting or relocation

 c) Issues due to excessive water pressure or improper installation


8. Authorized Consumables & Spares

8.1 Only Purity Hub’s 99.5% pure softener salt and genuine Purity Hub spares must be used.

8.2 Use of unauthorized materials or third-party spares will void warranty coverage.


9. On-Site Warranty

9.1 On-Site Warranty ensures faulty parts are replaced at the customer’s premises.

9.2 Customers are not required to ship defective parts back to Purity Hub.


10. Technician Visit Charges

10.1 Technician visit charges are not covered under warranty.

10.2 Charges typically range between ₹2100 – ₹3000, depending on whether the technician is local or deputed from another city.


11. Shifting & Reinstallation

11.1 Warranty remains valid after relocation only if:

 a) Reinstallation is performed by an authorized Purity Hub technician, and

 b) Site compatibility is confirmed.

11.2 Transportation and reinstallation charges are payable by the customer.


12. Remote & Outstation Service

12.1 For remote or outstation sites, additional travel and accommodation charges may apply.

12.2 Services are subject to technician availability.


13. Maintenance Services

13.1 Routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and cleaning are not covered under warranty.

13.2 These services are available separately at standard charges.


14. Lifetime Free Service (If Applicable)

14.1 Covers two services per year only.

14.2 Valid only when services and spares are sourced from Purity Hub or its Authorised Dealer / Distributor / Sub Dealer.

14.3 Spare parts are not covered under this policy.


15. Invoice Requirement

15.1 A valid purchase invoice or warranty card is mandatory for warranty claims.

15.2 Claims without proof of purchase will not be processed.


16. Cashback Vouchers

16.1 Cashback vouchers cannot be redeemed against warranty claims or technician visits.

16.2 They apply only to spare part purchases as per voucher terms.


17. System Records & Validity

17.1 Warranty records displayed online are based on Purity Hub’s internal system.

17.2 In case of mismatch, invoice details override digital records for purchase date and duration only.

17.3 However, the official Purity Hub Terms & Conditions always remain binding and cannot be modified by dealer/distributor invoices.


18. Data Privacy & Security

18.1 By entering your mobile number, you consent to its use for warranty validation.

18.2 Your data remains secure and is never shared or sold to third parties.


19. Limitation of Liability

19.1 Purity Hub’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of covered parts.

19.2 Indirect loss, downtime, or consequential damages are not covered.


20. Jurisdiction & Final Authority

20.1 All warranty disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

20.2 Purity Hub reserves the final right of decision on all warranty claims.
